The Childhood Health and Nutrition Research Conference hosted together by the USDA Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center and National Dairy Council convened cross-disciplinary experts in childhood health and nutrition to examine the current state of nutrition science from bench-top to application.
Last spring, Marc Zimmerman was invited to present on the importance of youth empowerment, and he recently published a blog post on the National Dairy Council website about empowerment theory and YES and how it can be applied in other contexts.
